What landlords say

“We've used HHB for three full refurbishments now. Fixed price every time, no surprises. The quality of finish is far above what you'd get from typical contractors. Highly recommended for any serious investor.”

Sarah R.Property investor, Merseyside

“Turned around a tired 1930s terrace in just 5 weeks. Kitchen, bathroom, flooring, electrics — the lot. Tenanted within a fortnight of completion at £150 more per month than before. Brilliant result.”

Frequently asked questions

Can you look at a property before I buy it?

Yes. We can walk round with you and talk through the likely scope so you can plan your numbers.

Do you manage the whole refurbishment?

Yes. We coordinate the trades and sequence the works, with one point of contact throughout.

Can you work with my letting agent?

Yes. We can arrange access, updates and handover through your agent.

Do you offer staged payments?

Larger projects are normally paid in stages: a deposit to secure the start date, payments at agreed milestones and a final balance on completion.
